Devices: iPhone, iPad, iPad Mini, iPad Pro and most Apple products

While the Deer Haven Park App is complete for iOS, Apple has been experiencing Technical difficulties with their Developer System and have not yet been able to make the Deer Haven Park Auto Tour App available for download in the app store. They currently state that they have no timeline for fixing their issues.

The GOOD news is that OnCell, the company Deer Haven Park is working with to produce the app, has agreed to temporarily host the Deer Haven Park App on their portal, so that we could open the park to the public prior to the app’s official release. There are a couple more steps to this process, however they are very simple.

STEP #1 - Download the "Discover OnCell" app

** PLEASE NOTE: You MUST allow OnCell to Use Bluetooth, Access your Location AND Send you notifications (either "While Using the App", or "Just One Time") If you do not, the app WILL NOT WORK. **

STEP #2 - ALLOW THE APP TO USE BLUETOOTH

STEP 3 - Start the download in order to get the latest version of the Deer Haven Park Auto-Tour app. (This may take 3-4 minutes)

STEP 4 - ALLOW ONCELL TO ACCESS YOUR LOCATION.
This is how the app knows which picture and narrative to play and show you. You can "Allow Once" OR "Allow Only While Using the App" (If you click “Allow Once” it will stop using your location after the tour when you close the app)

STEP 5 - ALLOW ONCELL TO SEND YOU NOTIFICATIONS.
The notifications are the actual narrative and images you will hear and see while taking the tour. You can disable this later in your settings)

STEP 6 - Click on the keypad in the lower right corner of the screen.

Enter 6209 and tap the green Enter button.
